If your order states that it has been delivered but you can't find it, we recommend checking your mailbox for smaller items, as well as locations such as your porch, garage, side door, or back door. It is possible that your package is marked as "delivered" in error. However, it is usually resolved at the end of the day, and most often always resolved within 2 days. If it is still "delivered" and you have not received the package, please reach out to the carrier for information on your package.
